The estate lies on one of the mountain plateaus in the lovely region of Les Causses du Quercy, in the basin of the river Lot. Our exclusive gîtes and chambres d'hôtes are located on a spacious estate and are part of the hamlet of Le Verdier in the borough of Cajarc. Nestling between very typical low oak woods, rolling valleys, beautiful views, age-old washing places and hidden springs, the estate is an oasis of peace, space, nature and inspiration.
Since the Chant du Verdier estate borders on the walking route to Santiago de Compostella (GR65) it's ideal country for both walking and cycling. There are wonderful medieval castles to visit in the vicinity, picturesque spots and numerous other places of interest. Or you can sit back and enjoy a glass of local wine on the banks of the river Lot. Children are very welcome here at Le Chant du Verdier. There's plenty for them to do too. There's a children's recreation area, a mini farm in the adjoining wood and of course hours of fun in the swimming pool.
The estate boasts two attractive and fully equipped luxury gîtes and two luxury chambres d'hôtes. The gîtes are ideal for families or groups up to 14 people.
